Student Ministries at First Church Lex provides exciting opportunities for students grades 6 – 12. We have a community of students and leaders who desire to grow in their faith, connect in authentic relationships, reach out to our neighbors with love, and serve those in need. The student ministry is a place where students come to have fun and get to know other awesome people. It is our goal that students will connect with God and one another, grow together on their faith journey, and serve our neighbors with love.
An opportunity for high school youth to connect more deeply to their faith through an experience of Christian community, and through conversations with peers and adults. Meet in the Fellowship Hall every Wednesday for a meal at 7:30 p.m. followed by deep theological discussions, ridiculous hilarity, and everything in-between in the upstairs Youth Room.
Students in grades 6-12 have a place all to themselves at First United Methodist Church. It’s a place devoted to pre-teens and teenagers encountering God, making friends, growing together and making a difference!
