Linda has been a member of the SPPRC since Pastor Velma arrived last July and has been a member of this church for 47 years. She was an RN and has done 50 years, working in the Med-Surg Unit in Eau Claire, WI for 3 years before moving to Lexington in 1976. Her 47 years of experience here have included ER, Industrial, Nursing Home, Home Health and School Nurse.
She and her husband Don raised 2 sons, Jay and Garth in Lexington. They both still live in the area, and Linda and Don are blessed with 2 daughters-in-law and 4 wonderful grandchildren. Jay’s family are members of this church. Son, Garth and his family are active members of the Catholic Church. Linda says she has been blessed with the opportunity to work on our 150-year church celebration…(“let me tell you…it is good!!!,” she says.) |
